Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
To begin a return, please email us at hello@getfeeln.com with your order number and a brief note about what’s going on. We read every message and respond within 24–48 hours. Please do not send items back before contacting us — this helps us ensure your return is handled properly.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Shipping to you is always on us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us right away at hello@getfeeln.com and we’ll take care of it.
